How the program works
A plan built on your labs, not a guess.
It starts with a longer intake visit: your history, your goals, your medications, and lab work, so your clinician sees the whole picture before recommending anything.
Your plan covers food, activity and, when it's medically appropriate, prescription medication. Check-ins keep it working for you over time.
Who it's for
- Adults in Florida who want medical support to lose weight
- People with weight-related conditions like high blood pressure or prediabetes
- Anyone who wants a clinician, not an app, guiding their plan

How it works
Care in three steps.
- 1
Start with a full intake
A longer first visit covering your history, goals and lab work, so your clinician sees the whole picture.
- 2
Get your plan
Your clinician reviews your labs and recommends a plan, including medication if it's right for you.
- 3
Check in as you go
Follow-up visits track your progress and adjust your plan.
You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit.

With Medicare
Three parts, each covered differently.
- Your visits
- The intake visit and check-ins are billed to Medicare like any doctor visit. With Original Medicare you usually pay 20% after the Part B deductible ($283 in 2026), and a Medigap plan may cover some or all of that. With a Medicare Advantage plan, your plan's copay applies.
- Your lab work
- Billed by Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics. Medicare often covers it.
- Your medication, if prescribed
- Medicare drug plans don't cover medicines used only for weight loss, with exceptions. Through December 31, 2027, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers certain GLP-1 medicines for $50 a month for people who qualify. Your regular drug plan may also cover a GLP-1 if you have type 2 diabetes, moderate-to-severe sleep apnea, the liver condition MASH, or established heart disease. Otherwise, you pay the pharmacy's price.
Not everyone is a candidate for weight-loss medication. Your clinician decides what's medically appropriate after reviewing your health history and labs. Individual results vary.

Through December 31, 2027, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers certain GLP-1 medicines for people with Medicare drug coverage who meet its rules. Your drug plan may also cover a GLP-1 for type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, MASH or heart disease.

FAQ
Common questions
What does the weight-loss program cost?
Without insurance, it's $120 to start, which covers a full intake visit with your history, assessment, lab work and plan. Check-in visits after that are $50 each. Medication is billed separately. If you have Medicare, your cost follows your plan instead.
Will I be prescribed weight-loss medication?
Only if it's medically appropriate for you. Your clinician decides after reviewing your health history and lab work. Medication is one part of the program, not the whole of it.
How do I get my weight-loss medication?
When your clinician prescribes it, medication is shipped directly to your door. Availability and cost depend on the medication and your coverage, and your clinician will go through both with you before you start.
Is the weight-loss program covered by Medicare?
Yes, for your visits: the intake and check-ins are billed to Medicare like any doctor visit (with Original Medicare, usually 20% after the Part B deductible). Medication is different. Medicare drug plans don't cover medicines used only for weight loss, but through December 31, 2027 the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers certain GLP-1 medicines for $50 a month for people who qualify, and your drug plan may cover a GLP-1 for type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea, MASH or heart disease. We check your coverage before you start.
Can you order lab work?
Yes. Your clinician can order routine and specialty labs through Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics, so you can go wherever is convenient. The lab bills you directly, and Medicare often covers it.
What if I don't have insurance?
Yes. Without insurance, you pay our listed prices, with no surprise bills.
